Join Rocking Horse Community Health Center for a fun-filled afternoon of golf, food, prizes, awards, and a raffle extravaganza! Funds raised from these events are used to improve the vaccination rate for children, provide additional therapeutic support groups for families, better management of chronic health conditions for adults and to increase the number of expectant mothers receiving prenatal care.
