Who We Are
Ohio's Community Mercy Hospice is a community based, not-for-profit hospice provider serving patients and families in our communities. Grief support services are available at no cost to the entire community through the Pathways of Hope grief support program. Hospice medical services are available to anyone with a qualifying life-limiting illness, regardless of ability to pay. Services are provided in the patients homes, extended care and assisted living facilities, with in-patient care available at Springfield Regional Medical Center.
Volunteers are truly the heart of hospice care. From the beginning, volunteers have played a vital role as members of the hospice care team. Each volunteer brings unique skills and experiences to the volunteer role of their choosing.
