Each year, the Springfield Promise Neighborhood and our partners host a Visioning Event to foster conversations between residents and to participate in some dreaming about what strong neighborhoods and families look like. The event encourages participation and interaction between residents of the Promise Zone (the neighborhoods around Kenwood, Lincoln, Perrin Woods, and Fulton Elementary Schools) and community agencies, organizations, and funders. We offer a light meal and childcare for all attendees.
Volunteers are needed to help set up, serve food, provide childcare, encourage conversation, and clean up after the event.
