The Long-Term Care Ombudsman's purpose is supporting and protecting the rights, needs and choices of persons receiving long-term care services.

Ombudsman services are:  Free, Confidential, Directed by the client.

  • Adult Care facilities

  • Home Health services
  • Community-based services

  • advocacy and empowerment of residents
